Past Work

Done research on the significance of Spirituality in Leadership and presented a paper on the same. . This conference was organized by School of Management Sciences, Varanasi and Centre for Spiritualism and Human Enrichment in partnership with Claflin University, USA. And California State University, San Bernardino, USA.

Today we are confronted by epidemics of corporate melt down, broken institutional paradigms, unethical decision making. So researchers are challenged to examine how leadership with mindfulness can evade these fatal epidemics and the real sense of management embedded with spiritual insight can be channelized.

A good leader has to create equilibrium between all material desires with the help of the essence of spirituality which imbibes within us compassion, right livelihood, and selfless service and creates a personal aura seen in charismatic leaders.

The spirituality is the base “Mantra” which controls the intensity of materialistic inclination and the leader family, society and a nation holistically.

Connecting spirituality with leadership skills and effective management approach we can say that spiritual energy which mankind searches for, an unseen power which saves our inherent values help in removing the dust of wrong influences and practices. A leader needs to be innovative to create competitive advantage. Spirituality gives the insight.

Current Work

I am an Assistant Professor at ISM Ranchi with an interest in contributing to a deeper understanding of Stress Management affecting most of the workplaces. Human behavior is often characterized by deviations from perfect rationality and influenced by numerous factors that cloud the researcher’s view of underlying causalities. I will develop survey tools and analyze large panel data sets to better understand stress factors and its psychological underpinnings, generating insights to inform theory as well as real world practices.

ISM RANCHI has been a pioneer, since 1985!
